This post is a submission to “Friday Fictioneers” hosted by ROCHELLEWISOFF. The goal is to write a story in 100 words or less.

It’s been an hour that I had been listening to that convulsively sobbing figure.
“Everyone’s trying to deceive me. Why the world is full of ugly people?” she cried
After she stopped wailing, I took a sigh of relief and said, “I know a solution to your problems”.
Rubbing her face with her hands she gave me a quizzical look.
I smiled and moving towards window, I draw the curtains aside. Blackness escaped as the streaks of golden sunshine entered.
“You need to open the rusted doors and let the light come in. Go and take a walk in sunshine.”
(100 words)
And a Walk to remember!
Lovely! 🙂

The Divinity is so kind in bestowing us with warm and bright sunshine. It not only provides us warmth but also opens the rusted doors of our minds.
Indeed a walk to remember 🙂

Taking a walk in the sunshine is always the best way to clear your head and focus on the more positive aspects of life. Lovely advice in a lovely story. 🙂

Well said Louise. Getting closer to nature provides us with some excellent opportunities of letting go of unnecessary thoughts. It really helps us to meditate.
I’m glad that you like reading this piece 🙂
